Lighthouse Lingerie offers a lingerie catalog through Amazon.com. Amazon, their suppliers or partners stock the items in our store and process the orders through their own Amazon.com secure credit card processing server. They ship the products and provide 100% of the customer service.
Amazon will notify you by email when your order is received and the estimated shipping date. As well, they will email when the order is shipped and provide answers to any and all questions you may have regarding your order including shipping policy and rates as well as product returns and refunds.
Lighthouse Lingerie does not have access to your order, shipping information or credit card information. Lighthouse Lingerie can NOT assist you with any aspect of your order, before, during or after. We can NOT provide you with information about the products you are interested in. Once you login to or create your Amazon.com account, you will have all the items from our store in your Amazon. com shopping cart.
At that point, you checkout or click on any item in the cart for more information about the product, including product reviews by other shoppers.

SUBSCRIBER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT LIGHTHOUSE LINGERIE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER SUBSCRIBERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH USER.
IN NO EVENT WILL LIGHTHOUSE LINGERIE, OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING LIGHTHOUSE LINGERIE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE LIGHTHOUSE LINGERIE . USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON LIGHTHOUSE LINGERIE.
IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE NEITHER, LIGHTHOUSE LINGERIE, NOR ITS AFFILIATES, INFORMATION PROVIDERS OR CONTENT PARTNERS SHALL BE LIABLE REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR DURATION, FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER DEFECTS IN, OR UNTIMELINESS OR UNAUTHENTICITY OF, THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN LIGHTHOUSE LINGERIE, OR FOR ANY DELAY OR INTERRUPTION IN THE TRANSMISSION THEREOF TO THE USER, OR FOR ANY CLAIMS OR LOSSES ARISING THEREFROM OR OCCASIONED THEREBY. NONE OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS OR LOSSES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lighthouse Lingerie, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of LighthouseLingerie.com by user.
